It was almost a month ago when Electronic Arts announced that it would soon be adding both Titanfall 2 and Battlefield 1 to the Vault of EA and Origin Access.
The impressive sequel from Respawn Entertainment joined the library of free games at the start of the month. The latest take on the first World War became a permanent part of the popular subscription service earlier today.
Battlefield 1 launched last October and was a smashing success for the publisher. It became one of the best selling games of the year and most recently was confirmed to be boasting over twenty-one million players worldwide.
The installment is still relative young and is expecting the release of the second expansion pack under its content plans next month. It is called In the Name of the Tsar and introduces the Russian army, alongside new maps and weaponry.
For those interested, the Battlefield 1 Premium Pass can be obtained for $49.99. Owners get two weeks of early access to each expansion pack, priority server access, and over a dozen superior-level Battlepacks that feature various in-game cosmetic upgrades for your weapons and vehicles.
EA and Origin Access are two separate subscription services from Electronic Arts for the Xbox One and PC respectively. For the small fee of $5 a month or $30 a year, members can gain unlimited access to a wide library of games that keeps on expanding with time. In addition, the service features pre-release access as well as a nifty discount on all digital purchases for games from the publisher.
